CMC ENTERTAINMENT with the partners Christian (“Chrischa”) Faessler and Achim Fehlau has signed a consulting agreement with Czech based music company BRAINZONE INTERNATIONAL.

BRAINZONE INTERNATIONAL from Prague is a successful music company offering production service , record label, distribution, promotion, publishing and management, taking care of national chart hitting artists like Petr Kolar and Popcorn Drama with singer Peter Aristone and many more.

Now it's time to go abroad. “Together with CMC ENTERTAINMENT we will open the doors to the west”, says BRAINZONE INTERNATIONAL’s Alexander Cerevka who studied international business and marketing in Australia for some years.

“The main focus will be to establish BRAINZONE INTERNATIONAL and its artists and prepare them for the competitive markets like Germany, UK and the U.S. but of course for us it's also a great opportunity to enter and learn from the important eastern Europe markets”, Christian Fäßler, owner of CMC ENTERTAINMENT summarizes.

CMC ENTERTAINMENT signs new band for worldwide management

The band from London/UK call themselves “MALEFICENT”.

MALEFICENT are unique, special and indeed something you probably never seen before. In a saturated world of over publicised, over sexed, and over enhanced female artists, it’s rare to find genuine talent, and creative ability that has not been quashed by stylists, record labels, and narrow minded A&R’s. Welcome Miss Maleficent Martini, front women to industrial pop act Maleficent, Classically trained Ballet Dancer, Model, and Actress.

The lazy among us would just compare Miss Martini to another “Lady Gaga” – but she is so much more than that. The glamorous Italian is a professional ballerina, having trained at London’s infamous Royal Ballet School, and has performed at venues all over the world, including Rome’s ‘Teatro De l'Opera,’ this is something which heavily features in the bands live performances along with the occasional rope suspension act .

MALEFICENT are are a band which definitely dabble with the dark side of pop, adding traces of electro, industrial, and metal into an already eclectic equation; with theatrical double vocals from Miss Maleficent Martini, and Mortimer Cain, hard hitting drums from Prof. Lucius Vargulf, first guitarist Lucious, second guitarist Chester Wornington and the bassist with the most fucked up sound Alice Rain. Catchy synthesised riffs, all mixed together with a live set design which wouldn’t be amiss from a Tim Burton movie.

The band is currently working on its debut Album.

In spring 2011 TASTERS signed a worldwide record deal with NUCLEAR BLAST, who will release their Debut Album “Reckless Till The End” on 15th of september 2011 in JAPAN and 16th of september in EUROPE. Lucas Prata from New York!
Lucas' first No. 1 Hit “And She Said” smashed on top of the U.S. Club/Dance Charts in 2004, as well as No.1 at the U.S. Dance Airplay Charts. Just one year later his next single
“Love Of My Life” got another No.1 Hit at the U.S. Dance Airplay Charts.
Lucas also produced several more singles, and also did a remix together with his friend DAN BALAN, of the “Ma Ya Hi” Song – or better known as the original “Dragostea din tei” which was No.1 with Dan's band O-Zone in more than 27 countries and sold millions of copies worldwide.

AMAZING NEWS! the german singing band UNTER FERNER LIEFEN signed a management agreement with CMC ENTERTAINMENT, which is a very special and emotional moment for CMC. Wolfgang Schrödl and Stefan Schulte-Holthaus have been in a very long relationship with CMC founder Chrischa Fäßler.
Wolfgang and Stefan were 2 members of multimillion record seller band LIQUIDO, which Fäßler also managed at the Brainstorm company more than 10 years ago. “After i left the Brainstorm company, the contact to Stefan and Wolfgang lost”, states Fäßler “but now after such a long time – we found together again, which is a really emotional part and i am very thankful that the trust and friendship to me didn't break over a decade.”
LIQUIDO sold over 2mio records worldwide and were in the charts in more than 20 countries and earned gold and platin status in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Belgium.
“Although i know UNTER FERNER LIEFEN has nothing to do anymore with LIQUIDO i really felt in love with the new songs, which have poetic and powerful lyrics, great hooklines and blasting refrains. With the experience of Wolfgang and Stefan we are sure that the UNTER FERNER LIEFEN project will break through soon”, Fäßler said.

VLAD IN TEARS – everything changes! Vlad in Tears had very hard 12 months, looking back from now. A deal with Hellfest Records/Rough Trade, a released Album “Underskin” in February 2010 in Germany/Austria/Switzerland. Although the contract with Hellfest/Rough Trade expired, Vlad in Tears also played a tour in germany, presented by one of the best gothic magazines “ORKUS” in April. After the tour many things changed as VLAD IN TEARS want to “enter the mainstream market”. They produced an EPK with some ideas of new songs, old video footage, visions, opinions etc. to go another stair higher in their developping process. VLAD IN TEARS EPK VIDEO

Now VLAD IN TEARS are labelfree, we are currently looking for new partners and inform you as soon as possible about that.

But what else is happening and changing? VLAD IN TEARS will change their name into just “V.i.t.” – as Lex, guitarist of “V.i.t.” tells: “We feel we need to change, to develop, to do something new, something different. Somthing with more energy, musicalwise and visualwise. We want to show the people and our fans on myspace or youtube or on the street that we're not sitting on our butts, doing nothing. We need to be. NOW.”

VLAD IN TEARS's first tour in germany ended. “The Forbidden Tour” ended like in a little desaster – thanx to the Vulcano in Island the band wasn't able to fly back home on sunday, 18th of April from Stuttgart. So after more than 3.000 km – all by car in only 6 days it was necessary to rent a car from Zurich airport, because the trains were full in Zurich and ViT had to drive back home another 1.100km.

Anyway the tour was probably one of the hardest. We had an amazing time, so it is really time to say thank you to a lot of people!

CMC ENTERTAINMENT signs Management agreement with FEAR SWITCH from UK. We can provide you with awesome news. Great Alternative Rock Band from UK called FEAR SWITCH signs management agreement with CMC ENTERTAINMENT. The guys from Banbury in Middle England have an amazing songwriting, produced their Debut Album “The Trials Of Error” themselves with Producer George Shilling. The band have received great reviews from recent gigs at larger venues including the o2 Academy in Oxford, and are looking forward to continuing this development, through determination, dedication and hard work throughout 2010, … and onwards.

VLAD IN TEARS Album “Underskin” (release 05.02.2010) some updates:

The promotion now started and we can announce some important things: The first single “Forbidden Dream” is entering the clubs. All of those most important german rock-DJs votet “Forbidden Dream” in the Top 20 of the German Alternative Trend Charts. We are on # 16 at the “D.A.T.20” (www.dat20.de)

Album promotion does very well, too. Currently we got confirmed Interviews in SONIC SEDUCER, ORKUS, DARK SPY. ROCK HARD is to be confirmed and we got a feature in 2nd biggest teenie mag “POPCORN” as well as a review in METAL HAMMER (more news to follow on that).

VLAD IN TEARS promotion starts!
With the new compilation of Hellfest Records/Universal “Hellfest New Blood Vol. VI” VLAD IN TEARS will be teased for ther upcoming album “Underskin” (February 2010) the first time for the german
market. The CD Promo Compilation will have 10.000 copies which will be send out to DJs, radios, press, Tv, media, skater shops, boarder shops, tattoo shops and music/rock bars germanwide.
This is the first step of a huge promotion and marketing campaign. Next step will be the promotion of the first single “Forbidden dream” in november.
To give you a little present the band produced a small but good video of one of their new songs called “You'll come back to Me”. We are currently working on a tour in spring – more news to follow soon!!

Their album “Winterlove” will be released via Hellfest Records/Universal on the 27th of november 2009. Brainstorm Music Marketing AG is doing the promotion and first interviews in METAL HAMMER and SONIC SEDUCER are already confirmed.

CMC Entertainment is proud to announce a joint venture with the brazilian rock band REMOVE SILENCE. CMC now is responsible for the management in the following territories: Europe, Japan, Canada and Australia. Probably one of the most important yet unsigned Albums “Fade”, produced by the band themselves is still unsigned to any label or distributor, which we can’t understand. Hard sound, compared with sweet melodies, unbelievable great lyrics and every sound and every note is planned in detail of this amazing album! 11 Songs each completely different.

The new album which will be called “Underskin” will be released in February 2010. At the moment the album is still in a rough mix situation, but Producers John Fryer (Depeche Mode, NIN, HIM, White Zombie etc.) will be ready with the mix very soon. The album will have a list of ten song, all powerful, melodic and ballads as well. A huge marketing and promotion campaign will be started ad mid of september 2009. All the marketing and promotion activities will continue until the album release in February 2010 as well as booking and festival efforts.

CMC Entertainment and its partner Brainstorm were awarded with a one year package deal to promote six cinema movies/dvds/games. Our first promoted film will be Taking Woodstock, which will be released in september 2009.

CMC Entertainment consulted successfully a distribution agreement between Hellfest Records/ germany and Wolf At Your Door Records/UK. The signing was done on 30th of June at the MUSEXPO in London. Now the way for Wolf At Your Door Records is free to release their artists and products via Hellfest Records/UNIVERSAL in Germany/Austria and Switzerland.

CMC Entertainment consulted successfully the management of the gothic band called NOX INTERNA from Spain and the german label Hellfest Records/Universal.

NOX INTERNA are ready to sign a label and distribution agreement with Hellfest and the release of the album will be 18th of september 2009.
